Who these terms cover

These terms apply to connorcedro.com, run by Connor Cedro SEO LLC in Tampa, Florida. By using the site, you agree to them. If you buy a plan on this site, these terms and the plan description on the pricing page cover it. If we sign a separate written agreement, that agreement covers the work and wins over anything here.

Plans and weekly billing

Charged every week. Every paid plan is charged once a week, on the same weekday you signed up, until you cancel. The price is the weekly price shown on the pricing page when you bought.
No contract. You can cancel any time. Click Manage my plan at the bottom of any page, or text or email me.
When you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the week you already paid for. Then it stops. Weeks already paid are not refunded.
Switching plans. You can move up or down between the Small Business plans any time from Manage my plan. Your next bill is adjusted for the change.
Price changes. If a price ever changes, I will email you before it does, and you can cancel before then.
Enterprise plans start after a call. They are also billed weekly. Invoices are available on request.
The course. Access to the course group lasts while your course plan is active.
Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see your full card number. Charges show on your statement as CONNORCEDRO SEO.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Don't try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale or get into areas you aren't invited to, such as client portals.
Free tools, guides, audits and blog posts are general information. They are not a promise of results for your business.
Some free tools are paused or limited at times. I can change or remove any part of the site without notice.

No ranking guarantees

Google, Google Maps and AI tools like ChatGPT decide what they show. Nobody controls that, including me. I can promise the work I agree to do, not a specific position or result.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly and held on Google Meet. The free 30-minute call has no cost and no obligation. If you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule from your confirmation email.

Content and ownership

The writing, designs, graphics and code on this site belong to Connor Cedro SEO unless noted. You're welcome to share links and quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or tools. Client names, logos and results appear with permission and belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to tools, research and client websites I don't control. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Connor Cedro SEO isn't liable for losses that come from using the site, its free tools or its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms follow Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
